The Briarwood waterbed, Alias 5 Board Frame, is the Pioneer of the waterbed industry holding the record of being the first wood frame waterbed produced in massive volume. Historically, there were dozens of different models manufactured with varying fancy routings in the headboard and sometimes the frame that were sold at prices varying in hundreds of dollars. The simple but sturdy look packs a lot of value into an economy price. The Briarwood solid pine water bed is available in King, Queen and Super Single sizes in both walnut and honey pine finishes. This picture displays the Briarwood in the walnut pine finish on a black shadow pedestal base.
